Captains Log: 2425.10 - 2425.11.26
It took us a while to find the True Link ship, Morningstar, as it was well hidden in the nebula and had taken steps to disguise its warp trail. After a long search though, Red and Yel were able to use the data we had from the other ship and Seven to find it.
It was unshielded, presumably not expecting guests given how far into the middle of nowhere we are, so launching Nemesis on the Cardassian torpedo ended up being fairly easy. It gained access and started transmitting data from its cameras without an issue and Prodigy’s Collective were able to organise the data into a program that Unit and Neilson made. Unit and Neilson also replicated HUD units that would interface with the dataset, allowing us to use facial recognition to identify the people we’ve came to help against the True Link.
Me’D and Mia had been sorting through the medical data from Nemesis’ cameras, identifying the worst cases for triage.
Everything was going great… until I got kidnapped. Again. Well, Neilson, Dr Siril and I got kidnapped, to be more precise. I’m not certain how the True Link got past our cloak, but my guess is that we revealed ourselves when communicating between Ohana and Ladybird.
Neilson, Siril and I are in separate rooms, but we can see eachother and communicate through a transparent wall. We’ve actually been treated well, as kidnappings go. Apparently we’re under “observation” for research that I assume is to do with the Regression Virus but given everything I know about the True Link, I am concerned their research will involve more than observing.
The person observing us is an individual named Krokan. I don’t know what he is but he’s very tall, taller even than Twelve… and Twelve is 8ft. I can’t see the top of his head even when I crane my neck. He seems amicable but I can’t work out what his game is. I’m just trying to keep him talking - and away from Neilson - until the rescue party gets here. I have no doubt Banor’s already thought of some way to rain hell on them so all I have to do is stall. Nemesis is around here too, so maybe it will find us, but I have no way of contacting it. I have my HUD, but there’s a dampening field around our rooms so it’s of no use.
